It is owned and managed by Swire Properties, and consists of 9 office towers: Devon House, Dorset House - PCCW Tower, Warwick House, Cornwall House, Somerset House, Lincoln House, Oxford House, Cambridge House and One Island East. It forms the Island East development with Taikoo Shing and Cityplaza, which is also owned by Swire.
